   All Up and Through

One of the great things about the Christian walk for women is that our God wants us to be happy, blessed, prosperous, fulfilled. He wants us to prosper and be in health even as our soul prospers. He doesn’t require that we walk around with black dresses to our ankles, with our faces covered up. We don’t have to speak in tongues and fast all day. We don’t have to be nuns, we can marry, have children ,wear pretty clothes and have sharp shoes.

But He does want to be all up and through your everyday life, He wants you to let him direct your life, he wants intimacy with you. He wants connection and communication and he wants you to learn how to live and breathe Him.

Many Christians separate their spiritual life from their everyday life. They don’t think of doing laundry and paying bills and finding a boyfriend as spiritual. This is really a subtle trick of the enemy to get you to lock God up into a little room in your life while you try to run the rest of your life on your own. “Ok God this is the spirit section where I want you to stay.”
In John 15 – the Lord tells us that He is the vine, we are the branches, when a branch is cut off from the main vine it shrivels up and dies. The picture for you is that when you disconnect from God you shrivel up and die. He is the source of your life, your connectedness keeps you alive, spiritually, physically, emotionally, financially.

John 15: 4Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me. 5I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.

The more connected you are to the Lord the more that life flow is going through you even down to your physical health, ( have you older ladies noticed how old your school friends look who are unsaved) The more connected you are the smarter, the prettier, the happier the more blessed you will be. That’s why one of satan strategies is to disconnect you from the body of other Christians, he wants to disconnect you from God – he will try to get you angry with God, use feeling guilty, living in sin, offended to disconnect you. This he can push you in a corner, but you up with depression and torment and wait while you shrivel up and die.

Heb 10: 23 Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;) 24 And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: 25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

Staying connected to the Body of Christ helps you to stay connected to the Lord. The Lord is our life – He is the source of the spiritual life flow, he is like your spiritual blood, if you shut off a finger from the blood, it will get numb, over time it will get hard and it will die because the life is in the blood.

 Acts 17:28 For in him we live, and move, and have our being;

God began and maintains life. He created man and breathed into him and he became a living soul. That one breath passed on to give life to each child that was born. He doesn’t breathe life into each child in the womb. That one breath just keeps going thousands of generations later.

Just like he created and maintains the world with his Word.

Col 1:16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: 17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist. Another version says (He is before all things, and in him all things hold together

Well why is it that some Christians seem happy, blessed, victorious, life is not perfect, they have problems but everything seems to work out good for them. Even their problems work out for them.

Other Christians are angry, bitter, seem to have bad luck, they are closed and seem to have problems with people, they are jealous and always comparing themselves to others. They have one bad relationship after another.

We don’t want to pretend that all Christians are living a victorious life and since we know that God is not a respecter of persons so the difference is in us.

One of the factors is how much of the Word you let get planted in your heart. How much of the Word gets planted depends upon the quality of ground of your heart. What quality of ground is your heart.

But the seed in the good earth—these are the good-hearts who seize the Word and hold on no matter what, sticking with it until there’s a harvest.

Second factor - Your degree of happiness and victory is directly related to how much of your life you allow God to control. He wants to be all up and through

When we get saved we open our heart to him but then there it is a process of growth as the Lord shows us rooms that he wants to go in and clean out. He will show you baby there is trash and pain and darkness in that room let me heal you. Let Him heal You!
Why don’t we let him heal us – you would think of course everyone wants to be healed. I remember Jesus asking the lame man “wilt thou be made whole?”

                          Prayer Focus for Februrary

 1. Pray that the Body of Christ would have a revelation of the love of God for us. Ask Him to give you a revelation of His love for you, it will heal you and give you the proper self love.
 2. Pray that we would appreciate and honor the Body of Christ by loving His people and honoring one another as a part of that Body.
3. Bind the spirit of division, hatred, racism, and pray for the love of God to flow through the Body of Christ from heart to heart. Loose the love of
God in your home and neighborhood.
4. Pray for a refreshing for intercessors, pastors and spiritual leaders
that we will be refreshed, restored, encouraged and healed of the
wounds we got in spiritual battle last year.
5.. Mark your children for God, claim them as the seed of the righteous, plead the Blood of Jesus over them daily.
6.  Pray that the Lord would release Angel Armies to tear down strongholds in your community.
7. Pray for the healing of marriages in your church, bind the spirit of divorce and pray for supernatural reconcilliation.

This is instrumental worship. It is important to know how to create an atmosphere to worship the Lord in your home. Music is a part of that.

Let's get more intimate with the Lord in worship this year.
"God sees us as His daughters, heirs of salvation, warriors princesses and queens, with the sword of the Word in our mouths, full of the Spirit of God, loving and showing His love to the world. We are no longer victims but victors," Dr Ja'Ola
